- I have the right to refuse work for any reason and refund the cost of the order.
- If you refuse further work after the sketch \ first process, I will refund 40% of the cost of your order (PayPal only)COPYRIGHT
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio. (Let me know if you'd like to leave your commission anonymously or if you don't want it to be published)
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- DO NOT use the commissioned artwork for AI training.
- For commercial projects, you are permitted to use the commissioned artwork for promotional purposes.
